Manager -Institutional Sales

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Manage and expand relationships with corporate clients, institutional buyers, and large distributors.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to offer customized solutions.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.

Travel across regions as required for client meetings and field visits.

KEY QUALIFICATION

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory); MBA is a plus.

2-4 years of experience in agrochemical/agri-input institutional sales.

Strong knowledge of crop protection and agricultural practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills. relationship

Willingness to travel extensively for business.
