Position: Manager – Marketing | B2B & Institutional Business
We are seeking a dynamic professional with 7-10 years of sales & marketing experience, preferably in the agrochemical, fertilizer, pesticide, micronutrient or biostimulant industry, with a strong industry network and proven business-development capabilities.
Travel: 15-20 days/month
Salary: No bar for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow B2B & institutional business across India
- Build new customer relationships and strengthen existing accounts
- Identify business opportunities with agrochemical industries and traders
- Achieve sales targets and ensure order conversion
Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in sales & marketing (preferably agrochemical industry)
- MBA or equivalent (Science/Agriculture background preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and working knowledge of English
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge
- Basic understanding of Al tools and digital marketing
- Willing to travel 15-20 days/month and settle in Indore
