JOB DESCRIPTION

• Achieve export sales targets and revenue growth
• Identify and develop new international markets, distributors and partners
• Develop and implement export sales strategies for agrochemical products
• Maintain relationships with existing overseas customers and distributors
• Monitor agrochemical market trends by regulalry interacting with customers, analyzing market data
• Understand regulatory requirements for each of the countrie and closely work with regulatory team to initiate new registrations
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, R&D team on regular basis
• Attend international trade exhibitions and customer meetings
