KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage field-level marketing and sales activities to drive growth in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
• Identify farmer needs and explore new market opportunities to expand reach.
• Plan and execute product promotions, field demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
• Develop and strengthen the dealer-distributor network while consistently driving sales performance.
