Qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture) / ABM (Agriculture Business Management)

Experience: 1-2 Years

• Strong communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
• Good written communication and documentation ability
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting)
• Basic understanding of agronomy, crop protection products, and pest management
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills

The Marketing Support Executive will assist the marketing and technical teams in providing product-related support, developing marketing content, and managing customer and market data. The role requires a basic understanding of agronomy, crop protection products, and strong coordination skills to support sales and marketing activities.

Marketing & Content Support

• Assist in preparing marketing and technical content such as product notes, crop advisories, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support the Marketing Manager in creating content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain customer and market databases.
• Prepare reports and analyze data using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams for smooth communication and execution of marketing activities.
• Ensure timely response to customer and internal team requirements.

Agronomy Understanding

• Develop understanding of crop patterns, pest challenges, and agronomic practices to support customers effectively.
