Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing the traceability details for the Project, as given by Certification department.
• Ensure the tracenet data entry for renewal & day by day tracenet requirements for the Project.
• Assist the certification team in field Project, ICS & TC Applications.
• Responsible for maintain inspection records and will be able to handle all tasks of certification departments.
• Perform periodic document reviews to ensure alignment with certification standards and regulatory norms.
• Provide assistance during external audits conducted by third-party certification agencies, facilitating a smooth and successful audit process.
• Prepare accurate and timely data and reports as needed, contributing to effective program monitoring and evaluation.
• Help the Project teams in preparing the Audit documents/ICS documents.
• Coordinate and assist in the external auditing.
• Prepare the documentation of Project as per the requirement of ICS
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the documentation related to audits & ICS.
• Ensure statutory compliance under FSSAI, FDA, ICS, BRC, Labour Laws, Factory Act, and Environment norms.
• Traveling for audits and field activities whenever required by the Department.
• Work closely with Purchase, Sales, Accounts & Admin for efficient plant operations.
• Be the point of contact of Certification team for any related requirements
• Effectively handling projects that are designed and managing them with all due responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• MBA in Agriculture/MSc in Agri/Mtech in Agri/Food/Relevant. field
• 2-4 years of experience in managing certification of FMCG/Agri/Organic processing units.
• Hands-on experience in certification of Organics.
• Familiar with ERP systems, certification software & tools.
• Tech-savvy and open to Al-based planning and reporting systems
• Strong in documentation, quality systems, FSSAI, BRC, GMP, and EHS standards
• Based in or willing to relocate to Pune.
