Qualification: M.Sc Agriculture (Agronomy/Entomology / Plant Pathology)

Experience: Min. 4 Years

Prefer Industry: Crop Protection / Agrochemical Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct and monitor field trials (efficacy, phytotoxicity, demo trials) for crop protection products
• Collect, record, and analyse trial data on pest control, crop response, and yield
• Coordinate with farmers, dealers, and internal teams for smooth trial execution
• Evaluate product performance vs competitors and support product positioning
• Assist in field demonstrations and provide technical support to sales team
• Prepare trial reports and seasonal summaries

Technical Skills (required if any)

• Knowledge of crop protection products and pest management
• Field trial execution and data handling
• Good communication and willingness to travel
