What you’ll do

• Build the regional team and distribution network from scratch
• Engage directly with farmers, orchardists, dealers and channel partners
• Drive growth for our organic inputs and specialty soil-health solutions across apple, pear, cherry, peach and plum belts

What we’re looking for

• 12+ years in agri-inputs, crop nutrition, biologicals or crop protection in temperate fruit crops
• Proven ability to hire, build and lead a regional team
• A strong network of distributors, dealers, orchardists, consultants and progressive farmers
• A track record in business development, product launches and sales growth
• Based in Gurugram/Chandigarh, willing to travel extensively across the region
