Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and regional penetration
- Manage, guide, and mentor Area Sales Managers and field sales teams
- Build, expand, and strengthen dealer & distributor networks
- Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations, promotional activities, and market activations
- Expand customer base by onboarding new dealers and key accounts
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and credit discipline
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends
- Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and incentive plans
- Ensure SOP compliance and company policy adherence
- Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members as per business requirements
