JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new products, competitors’ activities etc.
  • Ensure target for the defined market is achieved regarding Sales turnover, dealer network expansion, customer services, promotional activities.
  • To lead the sales team, to give them marketing and sales skills training and field activity, to guide them from time to time and to help them achieve their targets.
  • Manage the timely preparation & submission of the Yearly budgets, forecasts with bifurcation as per month wise, pack wise and Party wise sales.
  • Ensure the data collection & Analysis of Crop Acreages, Market Potential, Company Market Share, Crop Calendar for product positioning & Segmentation.
  • Managing the company’s key dealers and mining the dealers for growth including cross sell and up sell.
  • Customer Complaint Management & miscellaneous.
