Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture
Key Responsibilities
- To carry out a predetermined number of field trials, from preliminary planning to completion of the final stage.
- Monitoring and updating trials status on a regular basis.
- Coordinate & collaborate with Breeding, Crop Leads, Teams to organize successful crop cultivation and crop management with timely intimation and involvement.
- Guide and develop a team through effective leadership, focusing on organizational goals.
- This role involves a mix of field activities and office tasks to effectively manage and support trials.
