Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new franchise opportunities
  • Generate leads through field work, calls, and references
  • Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct meetings and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain proper sales and lead data

What we are looking for

  • B.Sc Agriculture or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of the agriculture market
  • Target-oriented and field-ready mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • 0-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred
