Role Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities
- Generate leads through field work, calls, and references
- Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct meetings and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper sales and lead data
What we are looking for
- B.Sc Agriculture or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of the agriculture market
- Target-oriented and field-ready mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- 0-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development preferred
