What we’re looking for

• B.Sc/M.Sc (Agriculture) or relevant Agriculture-related qualification
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution, or the Agriculture/Seeds sector
• Strong knowledge of field crops, particularly Maize & Paddy
• Proven ability to drive business growth and manage sales teams
• Strong market understanding, dealer/distributor network and relationship-building skills
• High potential, leadership mindset and strong execution capabilities
