- Full and proper knowledge of local market and surrounding areas
- Ability to develop dealer network and farmer relationships
- Good communication and sales skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- B.SC/M.SC in Agriculture
- Animal Husbandary Preferred
