EXPERIENCE: 5-10 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide crop-stage-wise recommendations for nutrition, pests, diseases & agri-inputs
• Develop crop nutrition & protection protocols, calendars & advisory content
• Evaluate, validate & recommend agri-input products
• Conduct field visits, trials & train teams and farmers
• Support advisory, sales, product & technology teams with agronomy expertise

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• M.Sc. Agriculture/Agronomy/Plant Pathology/Entomology/Soil Science preferred
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Agronomy, Crop Advisory or Agri-Input Industry
• Strong knowledge of crop nutrition, pest & disease management, and crop protection.
• Excellent knowledge of fertilizers, micronutrients, bio-stimulants, pesticides, fungicides & bio-products
• Strong communication and farmer training skills
• Knowledge of major crops in Uttar Pradesh & North India preferred
