Role: Senior Research Associate – Biotech Lab

Education: M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Life Sciences

Experience Required: 10+ years of professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the Seed Industry.

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-level laboratory protocols, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to cross-functional project success.

Key domains include

• Molecular Breeding & Research: Executing molecular marker
• research and utilizing related advanced techniques.
• Genetic Engineering: Overseeing molecular cloning procedures, designing/handling expression vectors, and conducting comprehensive gene expression studies.
• Tissue Culture: Managing plant tissue culture processes and underlying laboratory experimentation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Maintaining rigorous research documentation, performing data analysis, and compiling technical reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating effectively across departments to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
