Industry: Seed Manufacturing/Agriculture

We are looking for a proactive and field-ready Sr. Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. If you’re passionate about agriculture, enjoy working on the ground, and have a knack for building relationships we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field-level marketing plans and promotional activities across assigned regions
• Coordinate with the sales team for dealer and distributor-level promotions
• Organize farmer meetings, dealer meets, crop demonstrations, and field days
• Plan and support ATL & BTL marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing materials – brochures, banners, demo kits, and product literature
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, flex, banners, and event arrangements
• Assist in organizing agriculture exhibitions, melas, and promotional events
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity records and reports
• Handle field activity approvals and payment documentation
• Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings for alignment and planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in field/offline marketing (agri-input sector preferred)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with documentation
• Basic knowledge of Al/digital tools is an added advantage
