KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call potential customers and explain our products & services
• Follow up with interested leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain customer relationships and update CRM records
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer support

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi required, English is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in telesales/customer support is preferred
• Freshers with confidence are also welcome
