Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in Seed Business (Field Crops)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) Sales plan & achievement.
- Execution of marketing activities like Schemes administration, Awareness programs, Farmer’s meetings, VLMs, and big meetings successfully.
- Controlling sales return and payment follow-up and updating on regular basis.
- Dealer’s Management Distributor / Dealer appointment, Stock update, pushing of primary and secondary sales as per target plan and maintaining strong distributor network.
- Preparation and submission of distributor, sales, collection, advance tour plan, tour report, outstanding and trail related report on regular basis.
- Assist complaint handling via proper channel.
