Territory Business Manager – Cotton & Field Crop

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive product sales of Cotton through effective channel management and farmer engagement
  • Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and retailers, Ensure timely stock availability, order execution, and payments collection.
  • Gather and report competitor activities, pricing, product performance, and farmer feedback.
  • Work closely with the agronomy, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Agri Business.
  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Agri-inputs/seeds industry
  • Local language proficiency is a must
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
