Core Responsibilities
- Drive product sales (especially field crops like maize, paddy) through effective channel management and farmer engagement
- Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and retailers, Ensure timely stock availability, order execution, and payments collection.
- Gather and report competitor activities, pricing, product performance, and farmer feedback.
- Work closely with the agronomy, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Agri Business.
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Agri-inputs/seeds industry
- Local language proficiency is a must
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
