Key Responsibilities

  • Drive seed sales and achieve territory-wise sales targets.
  • Develop and strengthen dealer/distributor networks.
  • Promote seed products through farmer meetings and demonstrations.
  • Conduct crop trials and showcase product performance.
  • Provide agronomic and technical guidance to farmers.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners.
  • Manage inventory, stock movement, and demand forecasting.
  • Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor seed products.
  • Support new seed product launches and trial activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
  • Prepare regular sales, market intelligence, and field activity reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations and customer support.
