Key Responsibilities
- Drive seed sales and achieve territory-wise sales targets.
- Develop and strengthen dealer/distributor networks.
- Promote seed products through farmer meetings and demonstrations.
- Conduct crop trials and showcase product performance.
- Provide agronomic and technical guidance to farmers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and demand forecasting.
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor seed products.
- Support new seed product launches and trial activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
- Prepare regular sales, market intelligence, and field activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations and customer support.
