What You’ll Do

  • Manage territory sales operations and achieve targets.
  • Develop dealer/distributor network and strengthen relationships.
  • Conduct farmer meetings, product demos & promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between company and channel partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4-5 years of experience in seed/agri sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of crop practices and rural market working.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
  • Target-driven and proactive approach.
