Unit Lead – Field Crop Sales

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Appoint supportive distributors with the help of supervisor
  • Select required villages as per crop portfolio and provide farmers data to concern person
  • Identify, Recruit, and arrange products training program to the MDO/FA’s
  • Conduct demand generation activities such as dealers meet, farmer Meets, Group Meets, Display of POP material, field Visits and Field days
  • Collect Sales Order and ensure timely POG
  • Implement trade promotional schemes such as Cash discounts, Volume discounts and etc.,
  • Ensure timely ABS and outstanding collection
  • Attend, support and guide farmers for any product performance complaints and provide required technical support
  • Liaison with Department of Agriculture
  • Provide required reports to concern persons like weekly & monthly sales reports and sales plans, collection reports, POG, MD reports, expenses report and etc.,
