Job Responsibilities
- Manage complete warehouse operations for agricultural products.
- Oversee material inward, storage, and inventory management.
- Supervise order processing, packaging, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor warehouse stock movement and storage practices.
- Implement damage control and scrap management processes.
- Ensure accurate stock records and inventory reconciliation.
- Handle warehouse manpower, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Agriculture, or related field.
- 17 Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years (Mandatory)
- Strong leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse documentation, stock management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
- Experience in Agricultural Products, FMCG, Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, or related industries will be preferred.
- Ability to join immediately.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
