Role Overview

We’re looking for a mid-level professional (Manager/Senior Manager) to drive co-lending and Business Correspondent (BC) partnerships across Warehouse Receipt Finance (WRF) and Loan Against Property (LAP). This role will sit at the intersection of partnerships, operations, and technology-owning everything from onboarding to portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and management of co-lending and BC partners (Banks/NBFCs)
• Support commercial discussions, partnership agreements, and program rollouts
• Coordinate API integrations with partner LOS/LMS systems and ensure smooth go-live
• Design and optimize processes across sourcing, credit, disbursement, and servicing
• Track and manage portfolio performance (disbursements, PAR, NPAs) for WRF & LAP
• Oversee partner payouts, reconciliation, and MIS reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact and drive regular partner reviews

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (MBA preferred)
• 3-6 years of experience in lending, NBFCs, fintech, or banking
• Prior experience in co-lending or BC partnerships is strongly preferred
• Exposure to Warehouse Receipt Finance is a plus
• Strong understanding of RBI guidelines for co-lending/BC models
• Familiarity with LOS/LMS systems and API integrations
