• Conduct & monitor Grow Out Test (GOT) at farmer fields.
• Manage sowing, transplanting, tagging & field observations.
• Ensure proper plant population and crop uniformity.
• Coordinate with farmers & field staff for smooth operations
• Record and update data in Seed Trac application.
• Handle field inspections, resowing & crop failure reporting
