The Divisional Business Manager will lead and manage the business operations of an assigned division. The role entails driving sales growth, managing a team, ensuring effective channel development, and executing strategic initiatives to maximize market penetration and profitability for Rasi Seeds.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals
  • Plan and execute seasonal business strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, competition activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth, Market penetration and new customer acquisition
  • Oversee planning and execution of field promotions like demos, farmer meetings, and crop tours

Key Requirements

  • MBA in Agribusiness Management (ABM) from a reputed institution
  • 12-18 years of experience in a similar role within the agricultural industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor network
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
