Key Responsibilities
- Drive seed sales across the assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors
- Visit retail counters to monitor product movement and market demand
- Meet dealers and distributors to understand their business requirements
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
- Organize farmer meetings and conduct seed demonstrations
- Follow up on dealer and distributor payments
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Conduct field visits, promotional campaigns, and product awareness programs
- Report product requirements and market feedback to senior management promptly
