• 0-3 years of experience

• Good communication skills in Marathi

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with farmers and provide agricultural guidance in Marathi
• Advise farmers on crop management, soil health, nutrition, and pest control
• Recommend suitable UPJAOO products and farming solutions
• Build strong farmer relationships and support engagement activities
• Assist in increasing farmer awareness and online sales growth

Required Skills

• Strong agricultural knowledge
