Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CA (Inter)/MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Credit Control Assessment

Prefer Industry: Preferable Experience of Agro Chemical Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the Credit Control operations across multiple territories and customer segments including dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
• Formulate and enforce credit control policies aligned with business goals and risk appetite.
• Conduct credit assessments based on financial health, credit ratings, and market reports.
• Monitor credit limits, outstanding dues, and ensure timely collection to maintain working capital targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Dispatch departments to ensure end-to-end order-to-cash cycle efficiency.
• Handle disputes and deductions with prompt resolutions in line with company policy.
• Prepare accurate receivables aging reports, customer exposure analysis, and DSO trends for senior management review.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI Listing Obligations, Companies Act, GST laws, and ICA accounting standards.
• Support statutory and internal audit processes and maintain updated documentation for audit trails.
• Utilize ERP systems for real-time monitoring and automation of credit control processes.
