What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Plan and manage vine crop agronomy under soilless cultivation.
• Monitor crop growth, health, flowering, fruiting and harvesting.
• Manage fertigation, irrigation, EC, pH and nutrition.
• Monitor root-zone and growing media conditions.
• Manage crop training, pruning, trellising and canopy development.
• Identify and address pest, disease and nutrient issues.
• Conduct crop scouting and maintain production records.
• Optimise yield, quality and resource efficiency.
• Coordinate daily agronomic activities with farm teams.
• Develop crop calendars and stage-wise protocols.
• Train and guide farm staff on crop practices.
• Prepare crop performance reports and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in agronomy, protected cultivation, greenhouse farming or soilless cultivation.
• Hands-on knowledge of vine crops, particularly cucumber or similar crops.
• Practical understanding of cocopeat/soilless cultivation.
• Strong knowledge of fertigation and crop nutrition.
• Understanding of greenhouse and protected cultivation systems.
• Knowledge of pest, disease and nutrient deficiency management.
• Good understanding of EC, pH and irrigation scheduling.
• Strong observation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with farm teams and manage day-to-day agronomic activities.
