What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of relevant agronomy experience.
- Experience with vine crops, especially cucumber and capsicum.
- Practical experience in both soil and soilless cultivation.
- Strong knowledge of NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) systems.
- Good understanding of crop nutrition and plant health.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with teams and manage cultivation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day crop cultivation activities.
- Monitor crop growth, health, flowering, and fruit development.
- Manage cucumber and capsicum cultivation.
- Plan and manage crop nutrition, fertigation, and irrigation.
- Monitor crop performance and take timely corrective action.
- Identify pest, disease, and nutritional issues.
- Maintain crop records and track cultivation progress.
- Support trials and improve cultivation practices.
