JOB DESCRIPTION

• To support In-house field trial Planning, Monitoring & Coordination.
• To follow up regulatory data generation in coordination and support with HO/Field PD team.
• Data analysis and scrutinizing various reports for their quality, correctness, and acceptability for regulatory submissions and prepare reply to the query of regulators on bio-efficacy if any.
• To weekly follow-up with Field Product Development team w.r.t. to trial execution, trial quality assurance, and data generation..
• To coordinate and liaise with field trial team, agricultural scientific fraternity of SAUS, ICAR, IARI with continuous follow-ups and obtain quality reports for timely registering crop protection products in India.
• Maintain MIS for trials, data Collection Management & Documentation- Analysis of Product development trial data with support in preparation of report.
• Maintain central database/presentation decks of all trials.
• Visit In-House trials during season for understanding the projects.

QUALIFICATION

Essential: M.Sc.- Crop Protection with Agronomy/ Entomology/ Plant Pathology/or Agrochemicals

Desirable: Ph.D. in relevant field

EXPERIENCE

4-5 years relevant experience

KEY SKILLS

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for crop protection products
• Experience in field trials, data analysis & reporting
• Excellent communication, coordination and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management
