Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement crop production plans
• Provide technical guidance on crop nutrition, irrigation, pest & disease management
• Monitor crop health, yield, quality, and overall farm performance
• Guide and mentor agronomists and farm teams
• Prepare crop calendars, SOPs, and agronomy reports
• Support protected cultivation, polyhouse, greenhouse, and CEA projects
• Conduct field visits and troubleshoot crop-related issues
• Coordinate with project, construction, procurement, and farm teams
• Recommend suitable varieties, inputs, and cultivation practices
• Ensure efficient and sustainable farming practices

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Agronomy / Horticulture / Agriculture or related field
• 3-4+ years of relevant experience preferred in hydroponics
• Strong knowledge of protected cultivation and modern agriculture
• Experience in crop planning, fertigation, irrigation, pest & disease management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
