ROLE OVERVIEW
The Zonal Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and distribution network development for the seeds business across the assigned zone. The role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage large teams and channel partners effectively.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
- 18-20 years of experience in the seeds industry, with strong exposure to sales & marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories.
- Strong network within the agriculture ecosystem (dealers, distributors, farmers).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
