About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Specialist to drive trial management, product positioning, and market intelligence for our vegetable seeds portfolio across multiple locations in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Trial Management: Plan & execute multi-location R&D trials
• Product Positioning: Drive PDAs & support pre-commercial trials
• Market Intelligence: Gather & report competitor and market insights

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in varietal evaluation in vegetable seeds (cauliflower, cabbage, tomato, chili, brinjal)
• Proven ability to manage multi-location trials and analyze data
• Experience working with farmers and stakeholders for product feedback
• Strong technical agronomy background and field demonstration skills
• Ability to collaborate across Sales and Marketing teams
